How to Redeem Your Order
Use this guide for Shopee purchases. Website orders skip redeem and go straight to Track Order.

Confirm You Need Redeem
Redeem is only for Shopee orders. If you bought on our website and your reference starts with WEB-, use Track Order instead.

Find Your Shopee Order ID
Open Shopee > Me > My Purchases > tap your order. Copy the full Order ID exactly as shown.

Open the Redeem Page
Go to our website and choose Redeem from the navigation menu.

Enter Your Order ID
Paste the Shopee Order ID into the field. Remove extra spaces or symbols if needed.

Enter the Correct Buyer Username
Use the Shopee buyer username tied to the purchase. This should match the buyer identity for that order, not a different display name or another account.

Unlock and Open Your Order Page
After verification, we'll unlock the delivery and open your order page where you can view codes, downloads, or account credentials.
Pro Tips
- Make sure your order status is "Shipped" before attempting to redeem
- Copy the Order ID directly from Shopee to avoid typos
- If you bought on our website, skip redeem and use Track Order with your WEB- reference
