Refund Policy Summary
- 1Defective Codes: If your code doesn't work, contact us within 48 hours. We'll verify and provide a replacement.
- 2Wrong Purchase: If you accidentally bought the wrong product, contact us immediately before redeeming.
- 3Used Codes: Once a code is viewed/copied, it's considered used and cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
- 1. Open your Shopee app → "My Purchases"
- 2. Find the order and tap "Request Refund/Return"
- 3. Select the reason and provide evidence (screenshots)
- 4. Wait for our response (usually within 24 hours)
- 5. If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method
Shopee Buyer Protection
All Shopee purchases are protected by Buyer Protection. If there's any issue, Shopee mediates and ensures a fair resolution. Your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt.
