Payment & Billing
Understand your payment options, order confirmation, and the separate website and Shopee purchase paths.
Secure Payments
Choose the payment path shown for the order you are placing:
Shopee Orders
- Payment and disputes remain inside Shopee
- Follow the terms shown by Shopee for that transaction
Website Orders
- Stripe or ToyyibPay FPX, when shown at checkout
- My Orders for website status and delivery
Refund Policy Summary
- 1Before Payment: Availability and quote requests are not charged until supply, scope, price, and timing are confirmed.
- 2Before Sourcing: Contact us promptly if you made a mistake. Eligibility depends on whether procurement or custom work has started.
- 3After Delivery: We review wrong, defective, or incomplete delivery against the listing, order snapshot, and applicable consumer rights.
How to Request a Refund
- 1. Website order: open My Orders or submit a GameLink support ticket
- 2. Shopee order: use Shopee's current return or refund flow when the marketplace requires it
- 3. Provide the order reference and non-sensitive evidence of the issue
- 4. We will compare the request with the disclosed scope and fulfilment record
- 5. Approved website refunds use the available original-payment route; provider timing may vary
Shopee Transactions
Shopee purchases remain subject to Shopee's current payment, protection, cancellation, and dispute rules. Check the terms shown in Shopee for your order; GameLink's website flow does not replace them.
