Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are limited. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer replacements or refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.

Auto-Delivery Products (License Codes, Downloads)
Eligible for Replacement / Refund
- Invalid codes — Code not recognized by platform
- Already-used codes — Code was redeemed before delivery
- Wrong product delivered — Received different product than ordered
- Corrupted files — Download files cannot be opened or are incomplete
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Code already redeemed by you
- Changed your mind after receiving the code
- Incompatibility with your system (check requirements before purchase)
- Unable to use due to regional restrictions (if disclosed in product description)
Time Limit
Report defective codes within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee replacement.
Account Products (Game Accounts, Service Accounts)
Eligible for Replacement / Refund
- Cannot login — Credentials don't work at time of delivery
- Account suspended before delivery — Account was banned before you received it
- Missing advertised content — Account doesn't match product description
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Account banned AFTER delivery (see our Disclaimer for ban risks)
- Password changed by you and then forgotten
- Account value decreased due to game updates or market changes
- You violated the publisher's Terms of Service after receiving the account
Important Notice
Account products are final sale once credentials are delivered and verified working. We cannot control publisher actions after delivery.
Manual Service Products (Custom Services)
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for manual services:
- Service not completed — We failed to deliver promised service
- Quality issues — Service quality significantly below advertised
- Account damaged — Your account was compromised during service
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the manual service, contact us within 7 days of completion for a refund or service redo.
How to Request a Refund / Replacement

Provide Required Information
Order ID, product name, description of the issue, and screenshots or proof.
Verification Process
We'll verify your claim within 24 hours. We may ask for additional proof.
Resolution
If approved, we'll provide a replacement product immediately or issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Shopee Refund Process
- 1. Contact us first to verify the issue
- 2. Once approved, we'll guide you to open a return/refund on Shopee
- 3. Select reason: "Product does not match description" or "Defective product"
- 4. We'll approve the refund on our end immediately
- 5. Shopee will process the refund to your original payment method
Always contact us BEFORE opening a Shopee refund request for faster resolution.
Fraud Prevention
To protect honest customers, we monitor refund requests for patterns of abuse:
- Multiple refund requests from the same account may be denied
- We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with a history of abuse
- False refund claims will result in permanent ban from our services
