Terms of Service

We confirm what is available, explain the required information and estimated processing time, then prepare and deliver accepted orders. Most products involve manual sourcing; selected products use stock or automatic delivery according to their listing.

• Direct Order means the displayed price and supply are stable enough for website payment; fulfilment follows the method and starting conditions disclosed on the listing
• Check Availability and Request a Quote do not create a payable order until GameLink confirms supply, final price, scope, timing, and quote expiry
• Paused products cannot be ordered through the website
• The listing and checkout snapshot state what is included, exclusions, platform and region requirements, customer information, delivery method, timing, cancellation terms, and the supplier-unavailable process
• The order-specific disclosure forms part of the agreed scope for that website order

• Estimated processing times are estimates, not guaranteed completion times
• If supply changes after payment, we will pause the affected work and explain the available alternative, cancellation, or refund path
• Website customers use My Orders and GameLink support; they are not required to submit fulfilment information through Shopee Chat
• Shopee purchases remain a separate sales channel and may follow Shopee's current transaction and dispute rules
• Do not place passwords, OTPs, 2FA codes, recovery codes, or Steam Guard codes in checkout, order notes, support tickets, or email

• Eligibility depends on the disclosed scope, whether sourcing or custom work has begun, what was delivered, and applicable law
• Wrong, defective, incomplete, failed, or supplier-unavailable fulfilment will be reviewed against the order record
• Website requests are handled through GameLink support; Shopee transactions may also require Shopee's current process
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights where the law does not permit that limitation

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling or redistributing purchased products
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or abuse our systems
• Providing false information for fraudulent orders
• Using products for illegal activities
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse services

All trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. GameLink sources and delivers third-party digital products or services and does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property. We reserve all rights to our own website content, design, and branding.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GameLink is not responsible for third-party platform changes or indirect loss that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the order was accepted. Any limitation applies only where legally enforceable and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These Terms of Service are intended to be governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that may apply to a customer. Contact support first so the order record and available resolution can be reviewed.
