Website orders are usually delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Shopee orders may require redemption or unlock before the delivery is shown. Most digital deliveries happen within minutes; if not, contact support.

What if my code doesn't work?

Contact support within 48 hours with your Order ID or website reference and a screenshot of the issue. We'll verify the problem and replace defective deliveries when eligible.

Should I use Redeem or Track Order?

Accepted Answer

Use Redeem for Shopee purchases. Use Track Order for website purchases and for checking the status of existing orders. Website orders do not need redemption.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital products are usually non-refundable after delivery unless the code or account access is defective and cannot be replaced. Website orders are reviewed directly by our support team, while some Shopee cases may still need Shopee's refund flow.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Website checkout uses ToyyibPay FPX and marketplace checkout uses Shopee's payment system. We do not directly handle your card or online banking credentials.
