Account Help - Manage Your Account

Use the right order centre

Website purchases belong in My Orders. Historical Shopee purchases use Shopee Order Help.

• Open My Orders with the email used at website checkout
• Use the website order reference to view status, next owner, timing, and timeline
• Submit only the non-sensitive information requested on the order page
• Website fulfilment never requires Shopee Chat

The ordinary order form is never a password or security-code form:

Ordinary forms collect only the non-sensitive details disclosed on the product page
If secure access is required, GameLink arranges a separate handoff after payment
Never send passwords, OTP, 2FA, recovery, or Steam Guard codes in notes, email, or ordinary support messages
Contact support with the order reference and a non-sensitive description of the issue

Please include your Order ID, a screenshot of the error, and what you were trying to do.
