You don't need to create an account on our website. All you need is your Shopee Order ID or website order reference to access your digital products.
Common Issues
Order ID Not Found
- • Check that you copied the correct Order ID from Shopee
- • Make sure your order status is "Shipped" or "Completed"
- • Wait 5-10 minutes if you just received shipment notification
- • Try refreshing the page and entering again
Already Redeemed
- • Your products have already been unlocked
- • Use the same Order ID to access your products again
- • The redeem token was sent to you — check your Shopee chat
Page Not Loading
- • Clear your browser cache and cookies
- • Try using a different browser (Chrome recommended)
- • Disable any ad blockers or VPNs
- • Check your internet connection
For Account-Based Products
Some products are premium accounts (streaming, AI tools, etc.):
- Account credentials are provided after redemption
- Do NOT change the password without permission
- Accounts are for personal use only — no sharing
- Contact support if you can't log in after redemption
